Maggi Goreng Mamak ?

       Assalamualaikum and hi ! Hmm sorry for the question mark on the tittle. I just don't know what to name the maggi . It's not really a Maggi Goreng Mamak because the ingredients are so simple tapi rasanya sama!! I definitely love to cook but I just don't know how. Let just say that I am a beginner in this 'cooking world'. hahha

I google, I try,  and I cook,

That's how I rock with food!

     Saya biasanya masak yang simple simple ikut recipe dan ikut hati je haha . Mostly, ayam. Kalau ikan tu tak terdetik pulak sbb tak berapa suka ikan, biasanya tak terliur pun. Hehe sorry fish. Bukan high taste, tak rasa nak makan ikan, bagi la yang panggang pun. Hmm kecuali untuk beberapa jenis ni haha :

 1. Ikan Keli Berlada 

2. Ikan Kekek Goreng 

3. Sambal Bilis Tumis 

4. Fish & Chips 

These meals are not often being cooked at home. Mama geli ikan keli. I used to prepare cat fish with my twin but in the end I didn't enjoy it as much as I usually do. Loya tekak pulak bila teringat pada lendir lendir ikan keli tu hoho.. A huge discovery about fish I made last Ramadhan is 'Ikan Kekek'. Rasanya sungguh enak tak terkata. It has this soft and juicy flavour. goreng je pun. hehe I fall in love the very first time I tasted it. Tapi mahal, yg mentah pun dah RM4 seekor. Hmm Fish and Chips pulak mmg kegemaran dpd kecik. Laparla.

I'm turning 20 this year. That's a huge number. I really enjoy cooking and I rather spend my money on cooking utensils and foods instead of clothing. Hmm

Okay la potpet memanjang. Ni recipe untuk maggi tu. I saw it on Youtube #DapurBujang. Sangat santai dia memasak suka suka. In the real recipe ada taugeh dan sos tiram tapi sos tiram kat rumah dah habis pulak. So of course kita modify sikit recipe ni. Senang ja, sedapp pun sedapp macam dekat mamak stall. okay, maybe yang dekat mamak stall lagi hebat la . enjoy :) 

Maggi Goreng ala kadar aka simple

I used 2 packets of maggi instead of one . tamak nak banyak. ngeh. 

2 packets of instant noodle (Maggie)

3 1/2 sudu besar Black Pepper sauce ( I used Sweet and Spicy, kalu yang masin kena kurangkan)

2 1/2 sudu besar Sos Tomato

2 1/2 sudu besar Sos Cili

Garam

Gula

3 bawang merah

3 ulas bawang putih

Apa apa sayur

4-5 Chilies (the more the merrier!)

Separuh dpd 1 paket Perencah maggie kari

1 Telur 

Saya suka sangat pedas pedas ni, jadi mula mula 

1.kita lembutkan maggi guna air panas ( make sure betul betul panas). Jangan lembik maggi nnti tak sedap dan takut hancur.

2. Potong bawang bawang cili cili sayur mayur.( boleh ja nak sayur tu apa apa , I used baby corn sbb tak tau nak letak apa. biasanya taugeh and sawi ) Dlm real recipe guna taugeh.. tapi kat rumah takda jugak.Cili tu kasi banyak sikit bagi yang suka pedas. Dalam gambar ni tak letak sayur, dah potong tapi lupa . Bila dah siap serve ternampak bby corn menangis kat tepi . Haishh

3. Panaskan kuali, masukkan minyak, tumis bawang bawang.sayur dan cili tu masukkan lepas maggi ( tapi I just put all in hehe sbb saya nak cili tu mengeluarkan kejahatan kepedasannya..) 

4.Bila dah naik bau, masukkan maggie tadi, gaul gaul gaul . Masukkan sayur dan cili kalau tadi tak masukkan lagi. Gaul gaul gaul.

saya suka penyek penyekkan cili dalam kuali tu sbb dia akan keluarkan kepedasan tambah tambah dipenyekkan pada maggie. 

5.lepas tu buat macam ruang sikit dkat tengah kuali masukkan sos sos tadi, gaul gaul gaul, biar sebati, make sure sebati.

 6.masukkan perencah Maggie dalam setengah gitu untuk dua packet maggie, jangan masukkan semua, nnti masin. balance dengan garam gula.

7. Last part is masak telur. Alihkan sikit maggi tadi bagi space untuk goreng telur. Maggi tak dikeluarkan pun dpd kuali. Letak sikit minyak, kalau space tak banyak tuang sikit sikit telur tu, start masak gaul gaul gaul dgn maggi. Buat sampai telur habis. tat tat tara dah siap!

Randomness Audiology UKM

I want to make it to beautiful because I want them to feel special. Haha, am I crazy of what? There is some kind of feeling that I felt like a month before but it still happening though. I dont know, maybe it was his smile that blown me away the other day. Hmm fitrah.  I am not falling in love. Liking somebody doesn't mean you love that person. This is only a sharing thought though. Masih waras. Haha. 

So, the other day, Audios and Speechies were being exposed to Cleft Lip & Palate in PKKK (Pengenalan Kepada Kecelaruan Komunikasi) class. It was fun enough as we were all sitting and discussing on the floor, a very very nice approach I would say. There will be no final exam on this topic, Cleft Lip & Palate, so we will be evaluated through assignments .. fun! Fun!  fun! 

We will be having our Hari Interaksi in the next few days and alhamdulillah the last session of SISPA for this semester is almost here. Yippee!! (bajet sem-sem-sem depan takda je haha) 

I just went back from SUKEM, university sports games but sadly I was not the one who compete... huhu, it was PENCAK SILAT, nahh, but it's okay, I had fun watching and observing all the silat olahraga and also silat seni matches.. frankly, I love KTSN Pencak Silat the way it is, hahaa I am  now determined to gain weight so that I can compete in the next tournament , haha. Kalau naik la berat badan, they say I have higher metabolism .. sukar dong. seni silat sajaa lepas..

Hmm, semalam jugak, we were given a few topics in PKKK class and each group had 15 mins to prepare. the next thing to do is presentation la of course, huhu. tapi more to 'discuss with the class'  jadi seronok~ "How Does Kelantan Dialect Differs From Other Dialects in Malaysia in terms of Phonology, Morphology, Semantics and also Syntax and How Does It Affects Assessment for The Therapy?" that was our group's topic. lebih kurang gitu lah kot tajuknya. panjang~ 

Apa lagi yee.. Ooo, my new craving, Nasi Ayam Penyet, sedapnya!

Ni dekat Restoran Ayam Penyet, xingat la.. hmm harga around RM10-15, sedap sangat, dengan air sekali, rangupp rangupp, boleh pilh, Keli, Daging, Ayam.. terbaikk haha

Linguistik Asas. Hee never ever thought of learning this subject. Ever. And now I did. Haha. Hey, it is quite tough though. First week belajar linguistik,, felt like `apakah?` tapi bila dah belajar lagi mendalam hmm bolehla.. sekarang ni macam dah mula minat sikit, menarik jugak sebenarnya.. but still, if u ask me what linguistic really is, i could only give the meaning of it: kajian saintifik tentang bahasa, but to tell u the whole idea, it is nearly impossible for me, masih baru katanya. Hahha

Pengenalan Kepada Kecelaruan Komunikasi:  recent lecture was on communication disorders, speech disorders,child language disorders & hearing disorders. Sebenarnya ada lagi, kinda mixed up dlm kepala, hmm, contohnya masalah fluency adalah  stuttering (gagap) ada  tahap keterukan diikuti dengan secondary behaviours (eg.eyeblinking) . Banyak lagi yg akan dipelajari,, hee hee  oh ya, permerolehan bahasa sehingga lima tahun,, this is for speech development, sgt penting untuk mengenalpasti masalah pendengaran kanak kanak pada  peringkat yang awal, hearing screening, early intervention sgt penting sbb kanak kanak ni dh  dpt dengar since dlm rahim lagi, so chances untuk kanak kanak ni berbahasa dgn baik walaupun mempunyai masalah pendengaran adalah tinggi.

Mahasiswi

Assalamualaikum. Hai. I've always been eager to publish a book of my own but yeah bukannya senang kan.. hehe dahla diri ni malas membaca, so rasa macam nak buat blog. mungkin jarang bukak tapi inshaAllah akan update doakan lah ye :) See i have like tons of crazy ideas untuk buat cerita.. cerita kanak kanak pun hih tapi kemalasan.

hehe. The main purpose of this blog is actually to give rise and fame to Audiology course and maybe for Speech Language Pathology (SLP) too. hehehe Selain tu tambah tambah sikit pasal peribadi boleh? boleh? alaa sikit jee. hihi. Dua dua course ni sebenarnya macam adik beradik tau. saling berkait ! wow! so sape yang adik beradik taknak berpisah tu bolehla usha usha course ni. Guess what, there are two pairs of twins (freshie) dekat sini Kolej Tun Syed Nasir (kolej penginapan) , trust me! diorang pun amik course ni. and believe it or not, I am one of them! eh eh ter'over' pulak. maaf la ye.

I don't expect a lot of readers but you are most welcome! Huhu. So here goes the story for this week :

Sebenarnya dah dekat 3 minggu survived di Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia ni. bukan pilihan pertama UPU so menangislah banyak time orientasi tu (dalam selimut) , tambah tambah jauh dari rumah dekat Kelantan nuhh.. sedih sangat. dahla jenis yang homesick, besar besar pun homesick tauu, nasib baik la ayah kerja di KL.. hilang jugak rindu~ daripada dulu lagi tak suka orientasi, tapi rasanya yang kat sini paling santai sikit walaupun banyak bjalan kalau nak dibanding dengan matriks dan sekolah. kredit to Pemudah Cara :))  (ala ala fasilitator) . Best jugak sebenarnya tapi hari pertama dan kedua kat sini memang down sangat sangat. Hanya Allah saja tahu. Tak pernah pun tahu course ni wujud  hoho until I plan my back up plan (how ironic is that haha). I tried to convince myself that Audiology is what I was looking for kalau kalau tak dapat first choice. Kiranya ni plan B jugak laa. Akhirnya plan B jugak la yang mengena humm senyum jela :0 Ya Allah masa tu tergamam je. Bila tahu USM tak lepas cubalah untuk terima dengan seadanya. susah sangat. bila dah masuk universiti, datang balik perasaan kecewa dah seangkatan dengannya. rasa sedih yang teramat. Allahu. nak daftar esok, tapi langsung tak bersemangat. rasa macam nak give up belajar, tak nak belajar langsung, langsung. nak balik aje.

esoknya daftar and when I saw those yang amik Dentistry, my heart was pretty heavy esp when knowing yg dpt tu resultnya rendah sikit dpd sy, lagi membuak kecewanya. (maaf dental students, takpe ini namanya rezeki, u deserve it! chaiyok! :)) ) n I haven't even got the interview for upu.. I've worked real hard in matrics and it was my real dream, tapi sekarang dah terkubur.. haha rasa macam kelakar pulak bila ingat balik. sampai termenangis dalam grup LDK. buat malu aje. but I felt better when the days passed by.sekarang ni alhamdulillah dah boleh terima. ini sudah suratan takdir. Allah lebih mengetahui segala sesuatu! :D And now I am back in the game! Dah ada semangat baru! Azam baru! and they grow stronger every day inshaAllah! Salah satu semangat tu blog ni jugak inshaAllah . sekarang dah tak rasa apa apa dah tgok budak dental hehe maaf maaf :)

• Fisiologi
• Akustik
• Pengenalan Kepada Kecelaruan Komunikasi
• Linguistik Asas
• Orientasi Klinikal (For Speech students only)

Lupa pulak. Audiology dan SLP ni dibawah Fakulti Sains Kesihatan (Rehabilitasi) My twin ambil course SLP, Madi & Diyan (another set of twin) dalam course Audio sama dengan eden :) I don't know much yet untuk course ni sebab baru je belajar. apa yg dapat kongsi, hmm, ye Anatomi ngan Fisio boleh tahan tough, inshaAllah usaha :) Kita punya klinik (eh, 'kita'. sape2 yg nak course ni la ye hehe) dekat dalam Kolej Tun Syed Nasir (KTSN) 1 je. tapi eden first year, second year yang buat 'observe' di klinik dan nak duduk dalam ni KTSN 1 (continue sampai sem/tahun2 berikutnya) hmm kene merit tinggi,, acano tuhh. Oklah mengantuk ni, lambat sangat menaip, dah dekat dua jam. Toodles! Assalamualaikum :)
